Meet the team.

Ali has a background in data engineering and analytics and previously worked with retailers to enhance their data consumption, migrations, and data warehousing. He also has experience in analytics and helped companies become data-driven organizations in the retail space. Ali holds a B.S. in Computer Science.

Allan is a data scientist with a background in cognitive neuroscience and statistical software development. He has published peer-reviewed statistical libraries for robust estimation. At PrescientAI, Allan focuses on forecasting/backtesting methodologies and Bayesian approaches to timeseries analysis.

Cara started her product management career at Oracle Data Cloud, where she helped CPG brands measure the impact of digital media on in store sales before building their first in-flight measurement product. She served as the Director of Product at Measured before joining Prescient AI.

Ian started his career in software/ML working as a software and machine learning engineer for a cyber security firm. Later, he was a founding member of the ML team at Kustomer, which was acquired by Meta. At Prescient, he focuses on making our ML solutions production-ready but touches many projects. Ian holds a B.S in Computer Science.

Katelyn built the data platform at Caraway Health and established the product analytics function before joining Prescient AI as a Data Scientist. She has B.A. from Ohio Wesleyan University, where she double majored in Data Analytics and Business Administration and minored in Economics.

Kyle has a background in data science and was Prescient’s first non-founder full-time employee. He’s worked at multiple startups that have raised a Series A and has co-authored papers on topics that combine data science and social science. Kyle holds a B.S. in Information Science from CU Boulder.

Laura started her sales career at unicorn startup pendo in Raleigh, NC before joining Klaviyo as part of the founding SMS sales team. She previously worked in entertainment working for The Walt Disney Company and TMZ, and graduated with honors from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Michael has extensive recruiting expertise, successfully filling 150+ specialized technical roles in his 8+ years of experience. He has helped scale multiple Seed round startups to Series C+ by providing strategic recruitment support and was ranked in the top 10% among his peers in past agency orgs.

Nick joined Prescient AI as an intern in 2020 before coming on full time as a Jr. Data Scientist in 2021. He was promoted to Data Engineer in 2022 and focuses on developing new data integrations and tools for maintaining data quality. Nick holds a B.S. in Biomedical Engineering from Purdue University.

Paul is a former lawyer who has been working in digital marketing for over a decade. He worked on Meta’s global team and later managed their Fortune 500 B2B advertising clients. Paul has specialized in marketing analytics and attribution for the past four years, and MMMs specifically the last two.

Paulina joined Prescient with extensive experience in technology and paid media. With a passion for relationship building, she enjoys forging meaningful connections with clients and partners. Paulina leverages her expertise in tech and media to help clients achieve outstanding results and long-term success.

Philip holds a Ph.D. in Linguistics from Stanford and has taught at research institutions including the University of Essex and Brown University. Before joining Prescient, he built numerous production-level machine learning models at Grubhub and designed, built, and managed their in-house experiment reporting platform.

After graduating Ohio University in 2012, Tony was the seventh hire at Imgur as Head of User Experience, growing the design team before shifting to engineering. He saw Imgur through 3 fundraising rounds and their acquisition in 2021. Helping others thrive is a core motivation behind everything Tony does.

During his undergrad, Zev made dean’s list and won hackathons, and joined Prescient as a full-stack development intern. After graduating Magna Cum Laude, he returned to Prescient as a full-stack engineer, working on all aspects of the web app. Zev holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Brandeis University.

2019
Prescient launched under its original name, Vybn, to measure music downloads using a modern MMM.
2020
In April of 2020, Prescient successfully backtested & optimized for ROAS, and predicted the performance of a #1 Billboard track based on our marketing mix recommendation.
2021
Our team of experts researched and developed the Prescient dashboard.
2022
Prescient launched their initial beta program with select clients.
2023
Prescient opened up the dashboard to all potential clients and launched the Optimizer function later that year.
