Welcome back to The Forecaster Summer 2026 series from Prescient. This week, two releases that work as a pair: Media Forecaster for planning your spend, and Attribution for proving its ROI.
One sets the plan across every model you run. The other shows what each channel returned, with direct impact and halo effects together on a page you can export. Together, these two features close the loop from plan to proof.
Here's how each one works:
PLAN THE SPEND
Media Forecaster
Until now, planning meant two tools and two different recommendations. The Optimizer gave you one number to optimize your paid media portfolio, and the Budget Planner gave you another to forecast.
Media Forecaster brings both into one planning center. You start from a goal, whether it's related to revenue, ROAS, new customers, or cost per new customer, and get a single plan. Your plan can be customized in several ways:
- Set it across one model, several, or all of them
- Choose any horizon from 7 to 365 days
- Opt for daily or weekly granularity
Every recommendation shows its reasoning: which channels move, by how much, and why, before you commit a dollar.

You walk into the budget meeting with one plan you can defend line by line, built on the model you already trust.
PROVE THE RETURN
Attribution
Reporting used to be split across the Home and Performance tabs, which made it harder to remember your numbers. Attribution now puts the full picture on one page.
You see base performance and halo effects side by side along with the platform-reported number for each one of your channels. Sort it, filter it, and export the whole view as a CSV for the planning meeting.

The gap between what a platform claims and what your model credits is normal, and it's where the budget decisions hide. Attribution shows you exactly where modeled ROAS and platform-reported ROAS diverge, so you can move budget toward what's working.
Both are included in your current plan, at no additional charge.
