Date Picker Updates

We resolved some bugs and usability issues as it relates to our date selector on the platform:

• Apply and Cancel buttons are sticky, always appearing above the fold (so you don't have to scroll through the calendar to reach it!)

• Added a Last Month preset in addition to the This Month and Last 30 Days presets

• Added the ability to custom type in date ranges in the date fields
